These Terms of Use govern your use of primertestprep.com and the study materials sold there. The site is operated by KELZ LLC, doing business as Primer Test Prep (“Primer”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
Our products
We sell digital study materials, including study guides, online practice exams and flashcards. Products are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped.
Independent study aids, no affiliation
Primer is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any testing organization or certification body. Exam and certification names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the exams our materials help you prepare for. Our practice questions are original and are not actual exam questions.
No guarantee of results
Our materials are designed to help you prepare. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or achieve any score. Exam content and requirements change, so check the official exam provider for current information.
Accounts and access
- You need an account to access products you buy. Keep your login details private.
- Your access is personal to you. You may not share your account or sell, give away or transfer access.
- We may suspend an account that is shared, used to copy our content, or used in breach of these terms.
License and intellectual property
When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own exam preparation. All content, including text, questions, explanations, software and design, belongs to KELZ LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute or publish it, or use it to build a competing product.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the site and products available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update, change or withdraw products and may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will post the new date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, KELZ LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of exam results, income or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
